Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 days or less. 

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. Deliveries on weekends or holidays will depend on the carrier. Delays are always a possibility with us or the carrier. However, we will do our best to get your orders to you on time.

Good Origins is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
